Dr. Varla Bhanu Prakash Reddy is an Alumnus of Osmania University, IITB, and IIM Bangalore, and a post-doctoral from Birla Institute, Presently he is on the board of Plural Technology Pvt Ltd, specializes in PLM as a Partner & Director Growth and Strategy and EdifyPath. He worked in MNCs and Start-ups before he started his first venture, Bartronics India Limited, the barcode company in India, where they specialized in IoT / RFID and Smart Card Manufacturing.

The first company in the world to go for IPO in the Barcoding area, later he invested and mentored many companies and worked in US / Middle East and Srilanka leveraging more products and solutions in the Utility sector, he handled National ID card projects in UAE. Srilanka and Africa. He was part of UDAI. Our Aadharcard as the Biometric expert worked closely with the leadership team. , then he was part of HanbIt Automation / GrayLogic Technologies / PayGST and Paymy Vat and also the Founding and strategic Member of UrbanKisaan which got selected to Y Combinator at Silicon Valley and innovated a Soil less farming using Hydroponics. He is directly involved in Metamorphosis / Sendfast / Matrix seafood. He is the director, President of IIMB alumni, and IIMPACT Secretary in Singapore and holds many positions in many institutions, he also submitted various papers on Hydroponics, RFID, and AIDC technologies. He is now presently Chairing TiE Grad, globally representing TIE Hyderabad and Director of OSMANIA UNIVERSITY Foundation.

He is also the mentor director of IIM Vizag, IIT HYD, and NMIMS. His mentoring with various engineering colleges through global programs helped students in many ways.
